Great book. It really gives you a good overview of what you need to know at every stage of the real estate buying and renting process. It also outlines the different strategies used by different investors. The good thing about it is that it's really up to the reader to decide the best way to enter the rental real estate industry. This makes it a very good first book and makes readers really think about how they want to invest and why they want to invest. I have read books by other authors. They tell you which strategy they used and make people who use different strategies look stupid. In fact, many people have been successful using many different methods. As the author often writes, "There is more than one correct answer, but there may be one that is correct for you." Brandon Turners is also very excited about real estate, and that excitement is contagious. Five stars

The writing style and the information in it were easy to access and understand and helped clarify my personal goals and strategies. In real estate investment, there is often more than one perfect way to do things. You need to find a strategy that works best, resonating with your personality and goals.
